PriPara’s 2016 Anime Film Theatrical Trailer Outlines Story

PriPara Mi~nna no Akogare Let's Go PriPari (PriPara Eeeeveryone's Longing Let's Go PriPari) is the 2016 anime film from the PriParafranchise which is set to open in Japanese theaters on March 12. On Friday, Avex Pictures released the 60-second theatrical trailer that outlines the story of the upcoming anime film. A 30-second teaser video for the film was previously streamed on the PriPara’s anime website last December of 2015.

The third film will be the franchise's first to feature a completely new story. In the story, Falulu is far away in the heart of the PriPara world in Puransu. The sparkle is disappearing from the idol sacred ground PriPara, and Falulu sends an SOS message to Laala and her friends. If the sparkle doesn't return, the PriPara world itself will disappear. Laala and her friends try to help Falulu, and they work together to save the PriPara world.

The main cast from the TV anime series and previous films of PriPara franchise will return to reprise their respective roles.

Directing PriPara Eeeeveryone's Longing Let's Go PriPari anime film at Tatsunoko Production is Makoto Moriwaki. Providing the scripts for the film is Kazuyuki Fudeyasu while serving as the assistant director of the film is Masafumi Sato who is also in charge of the continuity and production. The chief animation director and providing the character designs is Shoji Hara. The mechanical designs were provided by Kunio Okawara and returning as the CG director is Yoshihiro Otobe. Serving as the sound director for the film is Yukio Nagasaki.
