Fairy Tail is one of today’s most popular mainstream anime series inspired by Hiro Mashima’s manga series with the same name. Some of them are great villains, while some of these strong characters rallied along with the main protagonists on protecting the world, and keeping peace and order. Fairy Tail as the strongest guild in Fiore is also filled with extremely powerful yet weird mages. It is not just a simple guild; it is a family where each of them protects each other in the face of danger. This list is made according to the each character’s raw power, battle experiences, strategic abilities, and immense magical prowess. Nonetheless, this list didn’t include those members who have great potential for improvement but they are listed in the honorable mentions below.

1. Natsu Dragneel is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild, wherein he is a member of Team Natsu. He is the younger brother of Zeref Dragneel, having originally died 400 years ago, being subsequently revived as his brother's most powerful Etherious: E.N.D. Natsu is also among the five Dragon Slayers sent to the future from four hundred years past, having an additional purpose in the assistance of the defeat of Acnologia.

5. Makarov Dreyar is the current guild master of Fairy Tail, also, he’d been the 3^rd and 6^th guild master respectively. Looking on the progress of each character in the guild, it is no doubt that some of them eventually exceeded Makarov’s raw power in the current chapter of Fairy Tail’s manga. 9. Mystogan is a former S-Class Mage of Fairy Tail and the current King of Edolas. He was also considered the most mysterious member of the guild, as he did not show himself, or his face, at all. Although, he didn’t appear in the story after the Edolas arc, there’s no doubt that he’s a force to reckon with. Even the way he use his magical staves is fearful enough to overwhelm his opponents.

10. Juvia Lockser is a Mage of Fairy Tail, formerly being one of the five S-Class Mages of the Phantom Lord Guild. She’s a wizard who mastered the water manipulation and can use it according to her will. She’s a strong mage and the fearsome one when her opponents threaten Gray and makes her angry. She becomes a terrifying attacker whenever she lost control of her temper.
